I have managed to make a template with all the relevant atoms but now i need to know how to add content and edit them. How do i do this? Do i need to access the back end or is there a way to do it on the front of the site?

Editing fornt end content is very easy with XPOR. If you are logged in and have the relevant account settings (admin enabled) you should see 3 buttons in the top right of all your XPOR web pages. Click the button marked editor and then you will be able to edit the page that you are on. In the case of text atoms you just click on them and a text box appears for you to type in.
